Job Purpose: Support the Lab and Application Engineering team in executing routine testing, product application activities, and maintaining productive laboratory operations.



To enhance lab productivity, ensure disciplined documentation, and contribute to cross-functional and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in routine laboratory testing and validation activities
Support product application trials and evaluations
Prepare test samples and ensure accurate recording of results
Maintain and update laboratory documentation and test reports
Manage lab materials, chemicals, and sample inventory
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Plant, QA, Application Engineering teams)
Collaborate with global counterparts (India & China Application Teams) for technical support activities
Ensure adherence to lab safety, quality standards, and 5S practices
