Business Development Executive – Residential Apartments (Roles & Responsibilities)
Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential apartment communities.
Meet Apartment Associations (AOA/RWA), Builders, Property Managers, and Management Committees to promote Facility Management Services.
Generate leads through networking, references, site visits, and cold calling.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project transition after deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and activity reports.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business prospects.
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and contract renewals to maximize revenue.
Represent the company at industry events and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.
