Key Responsibilities

Software Implementation
Handle end-to-end implementation of Buildesk ERP/CRM solutions for real estate clients.
Understand customer business processes and map them to Buildesk workflows.
Configure modules, user roles, permissions, and system settings based on client requirements.
Coordinate implementation timelines and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirement Gathering
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with customers.
Prepare implementation documents, process flows, and functional requirement documents (FRDs) wherever required.




Identify gaps and recommend best practices aligned with Buildesk functionalities.

Customer Onboarding & Training
Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.
Train client teams, including Sales, CRM, Accounts, Collections, and Management users.
Ensure successful user adoption through structured onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Customer Support
Provide post-implementation support through calls, emails, remote sessions, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with the Product and Technical teams for bug resolution and feature enhancements.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Project Coordination
Monitor project milestones and implementation progress.
Maintain implementation documentation and status reports.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables while meeting quality standards.
