Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a seasoned QC Automation to oversee and advance the organization’s quality assurance and test automation capabilities. This role combines hands-on test automation leadership with strategic QA governance, driving CI/CD integration, scalable automation frameworks, and robust testing across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, reliable software deliveries aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations.
Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
Extensive experience in test automation across web, mobile, and API testing
Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Postman, JMeter, and Citi Rapid Framework (or equivalent)
Solid experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven, Keyword-Driven)
Proficient in CI/CD integration of automated tests using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions




Proficient in one or more programming languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python, C#)
Thorough understanding of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent SQL/database validation skills and ability to verify data integrity
Experience with version control (Git) and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to lead, coach, and mentor junior automation engineers
Preferred Skills
Experience with performance testing (JMeter) as part of automation strategy
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Experience integrating AI-assisted testing or AI-powered test tooling
Experience with automation in regulated industries or financial services
Overall Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute scalable test automation strategies and frameworks for web, mobile, and API workloads
Lead the development and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipe
