Key Responsibilities
As a Lead in Blood Reduction Program Officer, you will:
Coordinate and Communicate:
Monitor blood lead results and identify employees exceeding thresholds outlined in the NPP Protocol for Blood Lead Management.




Share SMS notifications regarding blood lead levels with employees, contractors, and site supervisors.

Support Blood Lead Reduction Plans:
Collaborate with Occupational Nurses to design and implement blood lead reduction plans for workers exceeding thresholds.
Counsel and mentor employees with high blood lead levels on steps to reduce risk, supporting their health and productivity.

Maintain and Report Data:
Track site-wide blood lead levels and compliance with blood lead reduction programs.
Provide routine reporting on blood lead management performance to key stakeholders.
