Role Overview

This role will lead the entire marketing function across Bhopal and Indore. You will be responsible for creating demand digitally, strengthening brand visibility at retail, executing local activations, managing content and campaigns, and building a team of interns who support execution across both cities.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing Meta Ads performance, planning retail sampling activities, coordinating influencers, and ensuring our POSM reaches stores on time.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage all social media platforms including Instagram,



Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels.
Manage influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Oversee website updates, SEO and organic traffic growth.
Execute email marketing and customer engagement campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other reporting tools.
Track competitor activities, emerging trends and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Content & Community Management
Create engaging brand communication across all digital platforms.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, videographers and content creators.
Write compelling captions, campaign copy and product communication.
Build and nurture the online community through active engagement.
