We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a solid focus on ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and OTSM modules. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of developers, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead the technical design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM, and OTSM applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and platform architecture.



Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints. Ensure to minimize the degree of platform customization and utilize Out of the box features to accomplish user requirements Lead platform upgrades, instance health reviews, and performance optimization initiatives. Work closely with the development team (internal / external) to validate the technical solutions as per the platform guidelines and get the requirements implemented within the committed timeframe Continuously explore recent features provided in the platform with every current release and accordingly strive for improvements in the existing set-up Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
