With a robust footprint in the Australian market and growing international presence, we are seeking a commercially minded and technically solid Financial Controller to lead our finance function and support strategic growth.
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems.
Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
