About the Role
Reporting to the State General Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets through the effective execution of Diverseco's proven sales process.
This is an autonomous, on-the-road position based at our Port Adelaide branch where you will spend significant time face-to-face with clients on-site. You will take ownership of Accuweigh's premium, comprehensive product portfolio, including onboard vehicle weighing, industrial scales, and heavy industrial weighing systems. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and provide technical solutions. A major focus will be positioning our Legal for Trade (LFT)



systems as essential tools for operational efficiency and regulatory Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.
This position is ideal for a sales qualified who thrives on being out in the field, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering tailored technical solutions across transport, manufacturing, logistics, mining, and waste management industries.
Key Responsibilities
Hit financial targets: Achieve sales revenue, gross profit, and activity targets across the entire onboard and industrial weighing portfolio.
On-the-road engagement: Actively travel to client sites, transport yards, and industrial facilities to conduct assessments and build face-to-face relationships.
Generate recent business: Source recent opportunities for industrial scales and vehicle weighing through prospecting, networking, and market development.
Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with site managers, procurement, logistics firms, and OEMs.
