Job Description:

Responsible for financial accounting, direct and indirect taxation, and analysis

Maintaining compliance with GST return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2, GSTR-9, etc.) and assisting with GST audit and assessment processes.
Ensuring proper Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and adherence to GST regulation.
Assisting in preparation for and representation before GST authorities, Customs Department, and other tax bodies in case of audits, assessments, or disputes.
Assisting in preparing and compiling data for notices from the Income Tax Department during audits or investigations.
Assisting in transfer pricing compliance and preparation of necessary documentation,
Ensuring compliance with TDS return filing.
Maintaining an organized set of detailed records and transaction support file
Collecting transaction evidence/documents, preparing related journal entries, sub-ledgers, and general ledger entries; performing monthly closing in accordance with timeline
Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assisting external auditors during audits and supporting finalization of accounts




Working closely and cooperating with the headquarters finance team
Ensuring all documents and processes comply with company policies, procedures, and government regulation
Performing ongoing projects and ad-hoc activities

Job Requirements:
1.Qualification: BS Accountancy graduate, CA Inter. Passing the licensure examination is an advantages.

2.Work Experience: Preferably in the electronics devices manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experiences

3.Working Ability
Experience with Oracle and Notes applications
Knowledge of Indian GAAP and taxation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal

4.Work Style: Honest, responsible, hardworking, and with robust analytical skill

5.Communication Skills: Valuable command of English, both written and spoken

6.Work Location: No

7.Location Preference: Candidates currently located in Delhi/NCR will be preferred.
