Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the dedicated Talent Acquisition partner for JJK India, leading full-cycle recruitment for technology and business roles while supporting workforce growth initiatives. This position is responsible for developing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, managing end-to-end recruiting activities, supporting campus recruitment efforts, and partnering with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs.
Additionally, this role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition support resource for JJK India by coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining recruiting and HR-related reporting, preparing employment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws, and supporting associate engagement and employer branding initiatives.

you will work in the Mysuru office and requires you to work in office but have hybrid option too

Job Responsibilities
Activates job requisitions and advertises openings internally and externally on job boards and social media platforms.
Identifies, sources, and evaluates qualified candidates against position requirements established by hiring leaders.
Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement strategies utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other talent sourcing resources.
Conducts candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and offer administration while ensuring an effective and qualified candidate experience.
Partners with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning effort.
