The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every client by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and building robust, long-term relationships. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions in-store,



handling client concerns effectively, gathering feedback, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full time, in office role based in Kunnamkulam, Kerala, requiring active engagement with customers and staff.

Familiarity with Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service practices
Prior experience in retail, especially luxury or jewellery, is an added advantage
Basic proficiency in computer systems and customer management software
Prior experience in the hotel industry and customer/ service centric roles
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
