As a Specialist - Technical Sales, you will act in a customer facing role involved in the commercial/technical decision-making process of the sales cycle. Your focus will be on identifying/closing large projects and driving incremental specialized product growth at all levels. You will provide pre and post-sales support and expertise in a specified product category to assist the sales team in their sales efforts of technical products, systems and services. You will deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and sales representatives. You will also have a continuing role in customer support to address customer issues in the usage of the products.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Sales Team in designing audio Solutions, and providing guidance to partners on technical matters Product technical support onsite and offsite on Leading Pro AV brands BOSE, Liberty AV, Pre-sales support to sales team, partners System commissioning support to partners Via Programming of BOSE and Liberty AV Managing product Demos and POC ‘s at Client location. Business development activities .



Trainings, customer meetings, consultant liaisoning etc. Technical competency for entire Product range with network configuration skills Preparation of Technical Documents like tender specifications etc Calls on client, management and representatives, to convince them of desirability of technical products or services offered. Provides technical services to clients relating to specified products. Makes sales contacts, research customer needs and provides product and application information; demonstrating technology solutions for customers. Gathers, analyzes and shares technical information and solutions to internal and external customers. First line of pre/post technical sales support for sales teams.
