Field Recruitment Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Source candidates for apartment facility management positions through field recruitment, job portals, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and field hiring campaigns.
Screen candidates and schedule interviews with the hiring manager.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely closure of open positions such as Housekeeping, Security, Technical Staff, Helpdesk, and Supervisors.
Collect and verify candidate documents before onboarding.
Coordinate offer letter issuance and joining formalities.
Track candidate joining and reduce no-show/dropout cases.
Build and maintain a database of local candidates for future requirements.
Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
