Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource OƯicer with 12–15 years of progressive HR
experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably with a solid corporate HR
background. The role requires close collaboration with plant leadership and corporate
management to build a productive, compliant, and high-performance work
workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
 To implement HR strategies that support corporate growth.
 To standardise and enforce corporate HR policies, ensuring seamless integration
between corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants.
 Oversee executive and specialised technical hiring for key plant positions.
 To enforce KPIs and productivity metrics optimised for plant employees.




 Oversee competitive compensation and advantages structures, balancing market
competitiveness with manufacturing cost-eƯiciency
 Identify technical, behavioural, and leadership training needs and their
implementation.
 Evaluate training eƯectiveness, upgrade and maintain organisation-wide skill
matrices, and ensure all training records meet ISO compliance standards.
 Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with
company policies.
 Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
