Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role focuses on delivering robust back-end services with up-to-date .NET technologies and delivering high-quality APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile workplace. The ideal candidate will bring robust OOP fundamentals, solid SQL Server expertise, and a commitment to clean code, performance optimization, and reliable software delivery that supports the organization’s strategic goals.
Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
Proficiency in .NET technologies (C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework) for enterprise application development
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and web services
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, optimization, and data modeling
Proficiency with version control systems (Git; GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
Experience with development tools and methodologies in Agile/Scrum environments




Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-based deployment
Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and modern frameworks
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tooling
Exposure to automated testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques
Any Microsoft certification (e.g., MCP/MCSD/Azure Developer) is a plus

Overall Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and APIs aligned with business requirements
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and backend developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, security, and reliability across environments
Contribute to architecture decisions
