Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills to ensure marketing efforts achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.

Manage marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

Oversee content, social media, email, and promotional activities.

Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.

Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.





Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels.

Requirements
5+ years of marketing experience.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Preferred Experience
Marketing agency experience.
Experience with paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Experience managing remote teams and contractors.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
