Key responsibilities
Collaborate with internal and external teams to build and maintain infrastructure to meet business objectives Provide technical expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Field Service. Support Release Management by supporting deployments for recent and existing services. Troubleshooting performance issues with services running in Salesforce. Promote a DevOps culture of operational excellence, enabling continuous integration and deployment, rapid iteration, ever increasing automation, and highly available services. Must have:
Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science,



Engineering or related field 4+ years of total IT experience At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development Life Cycle including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Changeset and Ant. Good understanding of best practices of coding standards Valid Salesforce certification credentials Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery setting Should have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders. Proven ability to work in a self-directed manner Able to set priorities and remain adaptable in a changing environment. Builds relationships with and gains the trust of customers by always meeting commitments.
