Job description
Assisting with cooking tasks like measuring ingredients and ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature. Preparing basic dishes and meals according to recipes. Storing food in designated containers to prevent spoilage. Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness of food preparation and storage areas. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils. Washing dishes, pots, and pans. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment. Sweeping, mopping, and cleaning. Following all food health and safety regulations. Assisting with the unloading of deliveries and proper storage. Inventory management and restocking items. Communicate kitchen needs to supervisors. Following cleaning schedules and procedures. May also be involved in interacting with customers as needed.
