Responsibilities:
Build and manage a team of Advisors
Guide & support team to achieve sales targets
Drive business growth through agency channel
Implement sales plans and market strategies

Candidate Profile:
Any Graduation.
Over 2 years of sales & marketing experience
Robust analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
