Tender Executive manages an organization's bidding process for contracts and procurement prospects. Their primary responsibilities include identifying relevant tenders, compiling accurate technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring on-time bid submission on government or private portals.Key ResponsibilitiesTender Identification: Monitor various e-tendering and procurement portals (such as the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) or Central Public Procurement Portal) for current bidding opportunities.Bid Preparation: Review and analyze tender documents to understand qualification criteria, terms, and requirements.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and engineering teams to gather necessary technical specifications, cost estimates, and compliance documentation.Submission and Follow-up: Prepare physical and online bid sets, ensure Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and tender fees are processed,



submit bids before deadlines, and track post-submission developments.Vendor Registration: Manage the initial and ongoing registration of the company with various corporate clients and government authorities.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a technical discipline such as Engineering is typically required.Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in bid preparation, procurement, or tendering processes.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), PDF editors, and deep familiarity with online tendering and e-procurement portals.Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, solid negotiation skills, and the capacity to manage
