Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a solid background in selling Zoho and Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, solution consulting, and driving end-to-end sales for ERP/CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities for Zoho and Odoo solutions.
Drive lead generation through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital channels, and strategic partnerships.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable Zoho and Odoo solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Collaborate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure seamless project handover and successful delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development for Zoho and/or Odoo solutions.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and solution selling.
Solid understanding of ERP/CRM solutions and business processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
