The Role
They are seeking an experienced Digital Media Strategist to join their growing Paid Media team.



This position is responsible for developing and executing high-performing digital advertising strategies across multiple channels while helping clients achieve ambitious growth objectives. The successful candidate will oversee campaign strategy, optimisation, reporting, and ongoing performance improvements across Search, Social, Programmatic, and Retail Media platforms. They will also play an important role in identifying current prospects, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the continued success of the wider digital marketing team.
The Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated paid acquisition strategies across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, Programmatic Advertising, and Retail Media.
Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns focused on increasing traffic, conversions, revenue and return on advertising spend.
Manage campaign structures, budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative optimisation to maximise performance.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and advertising
