About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR skilled to manage end-to-end Human Resource functions and support the company's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Assistant Manager – HR will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and implementation of HR policies.

This is a hands-on HR Generalist role requiring robust ownership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a quick-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants,



and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and complete joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring MIS.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Complete joining documentation and induction process.
Create and maintain employee records.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Track probation and confirmation timelines.
Handle employee resignation, exit interviews, full & final settlement coordination, and relieving documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee database and personnel files (digital and physical).
Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts/Payroll team.
Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, transfer letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.
