Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of IT platforms and infrastructure within the organization.
Ensure the effective and secure functioning of all IT systems, applications, and services to support the organization's technology needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

Platform Management: Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT platforms, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
System Performance: Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of IT systems to meet business demands.
Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, data protection measures, and regulatory compliance standards to safeguard IT assets and data.
Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of system failures or security breaches.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with other departments to integrate recent technologies, tools, and applications into the existing IT ecosystem.
Capacity Planning:



Plan and manage IT infrastructure expansion to accommodate the organization's growth and technology needs.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts, service levels, and costs are in line with organizational goals.
Change Management: Implement and supervise change management processes to minimize disruptions during system upgrades or changes.
Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or other disruptions.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of IT specialists, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT platforms Technologies budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

Experience: 15 to 25 years
