RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Management / Delivery:
Maintain solid working relationships with key clients Serve as Project Manager for strategic projects, including client engagement management as needed. Act as an escalation point for delivery issues Manage consistent delivery of Occupancy Planning deliverables and ensure high level of execution and client satisfaction. People Management:
Responsible for employee management including: onboarding, leading, developing, and mentoring team members,



as well as HR-related activities such as PTO and leave requests. Manage direct reports and provide oversight/influence over additional staff as needed for successful project execution. Promotes a culture focused on clients, people and teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation. EXPERIENCE
Architecture degree required 10+ years’ related experience: workplace strategy, architecture, consulting, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, design, human resources, organizational development, communications or change management roles MBA, advanced degree and / or certifications desirable REQUIREMENTS
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written Robust time management skills – demonstrated ability to meet deadlines People management experience – preferred experience managing a team Ability to work both
