About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about working with data, identifying trends, and transforming raw information into meaningful business insights.

As a Data Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present business insights.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Identify trends, patterns, and prospects through data analysis.




Validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Assist in developing automated reports and performance dashboards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
Document data analysis processes and maintain reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field .
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience .
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas).
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau .
Solid analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
