Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver Geography lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum and school standards.
Utilize interactive teaching methods, visual aids, and digital tools to enhance student understanding.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, projects, and examinations; maintain accurate records of progress.
Provide individualized support and remedial instruction to students who require additional assistance.
Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum development workshops, and career development programmes.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, counselors, and administrative staff to promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning workplace.
Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication, parent‑teacher meetings, and progress reports.
Contribute to co‑curricular and extra‑curricular activities, especially those related to geography (e.g., field trips, model UN, environmental clubs).
Uphold the values and mission of, ensuring fairness, empathy, and integrity in all interactions.
Degree in Geography or a related discipline from a recognized university.
