Job Description
As a CAD Staff/Senior Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc. , you will be part of a cooperative team dedicated to developing comprehensive software solutions that address the challenges faced by memory design teams.
Responsibilities and Tasks include, but not limited to:
Work closely with semiconductor design teams and solve their day-to-day challenges as well as provide complete software solutions for future. Focus on Memory Design and CAD infrastructure setup, specifically: Methodics, Perforce, Jenkins, Virtuoso, Design project setup and Design environment management. Proactively identify problem areas for improvement, propose, and develop innovative solutions. Develop highly scalable, and clean software systems. Continuously evaluate and implement current tools and technologies to improve the current software flows. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team. Qualifications:
Must have semiconductor or Electronic Design Automation experience. Solid object-oriented programming skills along with experience in test-driven software development. Python and Pytest is preferred. Valuable understanding of version control tools such as Perforce and Bitbu
