Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Leading talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
Managing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues.
Developing and implementing HR policies and practices that uphold the company's culture.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Overseeing payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Mandatory Requirements




To be considered for this HRBP position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills or Education Requirements
While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:
Previous experience in HRBP or similar HR roles in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of payroll systems and benefits administration.
Familiarity with talent management and development strategies.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
The offered salary for this full time HRBP role is ₹1,000,000 per annum.
