Regional Manager – Growth Location: Preschool

Are you passionate about business expansion and building robust partnerships? We're looking for a Regional Manager – Growth to drive franchise expansion across assigned regions.

Identify and develop recent franchise opportunities in the assigned region.
Lead end-to-end franchise expansion activities, from prospecting to onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential franchise partners.
Conduct impactful business presentations and lead strategic meetings with prospective investors.
Achieve regional franchise growth targets as an individual contributor.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise expansion or business development.
Prior experience in the preschool or education franchise industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting business relationships.
Robust business presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
