Job responsibilities
Accountable for incident, problem, change management, risk, vendor and client relationship, internal and external communications, service delivery, lifecycle management, and service evolution. Execute day-to-day duties of the function and define and drive MIS requirements to support and improve the business processes supported. Coach and mentor less experienced team members and support overall team management responsibilities.
