Role Overview
We are seeking a Principal Architect/Director- Software Engineering to lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance architecture for enterprise RCM platforms. This role focuses on building robust,



cloud-native systems that support mission-critical healthcare financial workflows and large-scale integrations. Moreover, leveraging AI/GenAI as an enabling capability within the overall platform is desired.

Key Responsibilities
Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy for RCM platforms aligned to business and technology goals.
Establish and operationalize architecture pillars, including Scalability, Reliability, Security & compliance, Performance optimization, Operations and Cost optimization.
Drive Design-first mindset across engineering organization.
Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and low-latency systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
