Roles & Responsibilities
Hands-On MMx & Advanced Modeling
Directly design, build, and validate Marketing Mix Models (MMx), including variable engineering, model selection, diagnostics, and ROI interpretation Lead scenario simulations and budget optimization analyses using econometric and optimization techniques Develop predictive, causal, and segmentation models to inform brand and omnichannel strategies Ensure reproducible code, documentation,



and scalable deployment frameworks Agentic AI & Advanced Analytics Execution
Build and deploy AI-driven decision systems, including predictive models and agentic AI frameworks Develop prototypes and production-ready models using Python/R and up-to-date ML toolkits Establish model validation, monitoring, and recalibration processes Ensure interpretability, transparency, and business alignment of AI outputs Model Trust & Adoption
Translate technical outputs into clear, defensible business narratives Partner with Brand, Commercialization AI Strategy and Analytics teams, and other functional teams to embed model outputs into planning processes Build confidence in advanced analytics through structured validation and sensitivity analyses Talent Development & Capability Building
Actively train and mentor junior analysts and data scientists on MMx, econometrics, AI/ML techniques, and best practices Conduct code reviews and establish modeling standards Build re
