About the Role:
As the Career Consultant at Lower Parel, Mumbai , you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their academic journey. This role involves student counseling, consultative selling, and relationship management to help students choose the right IIDE program aligned with their aspirations and career goals.
You will contribute significantly to student enrollments while ensuring a seamless and positive counseling experience.
What You’ll Do:
● Student Counseling & Guidance:
○ Counsel students on IIDE’s digital marketing programs based on their interests, goals, and career aspirations.
○ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs.
○ Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents by providing transparent and accurate guidance.
● Sales & Conversion:
○ Convert inquiries into successful admissions through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
○ Maintain and update lead databases while ensuring seamless CRM management.
○ Achieve counseling and admission targets through effective communication and relationship building.
● Walk-in Interaction:
○ Represent IIDE during walk-ins and guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
