What You'll Do:
As a Technology leader, you will own and evolve IMEA technology roadmap aligned with TempRite’s global strategy. You will lead and drive Innovations for the TempRite™ business for IMEA region and coordinate globally with both technology and business leaders to drive growth and profitability.



You will develop CPVC products relevant for India, the Middle East, and Africa markets in pipe, fire protection, and industrial segments. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Process Technology, Product Management, and Procurement optimizing our raw material strategy and implementation to drive efficiency, profitability, and growth. Actively engage with customers for specification and technical service activities to drive growth. In alignment with business strategy, develop current emerging applications from concept to launch. You will develop and foster close co-ordination with customer technical teams to understand market trends and corresponding customer expectations to drive specification and current product development.
