EY’s GDS Assurance Digital team’s mission is to develop, implement and integrate technology solutions that better serve our audit clients and engagement teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an AI Governance and Policy Specialist / AI & Data Ethics Governance Manager. This role is essential to ensuring that our organization's AI and data practices adhere to the highest ethical standards and comply with applicable regulations and policies.
Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Data Science,



Ethics, Law, or a combination of technology and law. 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. Technical skills requirements:
Robust Understanding of Ethical Considerations: Deep understanding of ethical considerations and potential risks associated with AI. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant AI regulations and compliance requirements across major jurisdictions. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with data science and/or machine learning, Generative AI concepts is a must. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
