Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Junior Social Media Content Writer based in Thane. The role involves drafting, editing, and publishing daily content for social media platforms, including captions, short-form copy, and basic web content aligned with brand guidelines. The Junior Social Media Content Writer will support content planning, conduct simple research on trends and audience behavior, and collaborate with designers and account managers to create cohesive campaigns. Responsibilities also include proofreading posts before publication, monitoring engagement and feedback,



and suggesting content ideas that strengthen brand presence and audience connection.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Writing and Web Content Writing skills, with the ability to craft transparent, engaging copy for social media and digital platforms.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Research skills to support campaign planning and identify relevant trends and audience insights.
Candidates should possess Proofreading skills and attention to detail to ensure error-free, brand-compliant content.
Basic understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement and reach.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and account teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
Relevant academic background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
