BeatO is hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to take complete ownership of its GLP-1 Weight Management Business , currently generating approximately ₹1 crore in monthly revenue .
This is not a strategy or support role. It is a business leadership mandate where you'll run the business like your own—with full ownership of the P&L; , growth targets, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete P&L; for the GLP-1 business, including revenue, margins, unit economics, and burn.
Drive business growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, and expansion beyond the current ₹1 crore monthly run rate.
