PACCAR India is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join its energetic Pune team, leads the development and delivery of automation testing solutions for vehicle diagnostic applications. Job Function / Responsibilities:
Lead the automation strategy and framework development for diagnostic applications, ensuring scalability, quality, and maintainability
Drive the conversion of manual test cases into robust automation suites to enhance overall test coverage
Own end-to-end automation validation, including planning, execution,



and ensuring release readiness across multiple product releases
Provide technical leadership in test design, framework optimization, and integration with build and deployment pipelines
Act as the primary technical point of contact across global teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution
Coordinate cross-functional activities related to testing, defect management, and release planning
Drive continuous improvement in automation processes, tools, and overall delivery efficiency
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to strengthen automation capabilities.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Production Engineering
