Working Monday to Friday, 10-hour days from 6:00am to 3:30pm, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling of maintenance and shutdown activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work plans
Supporting shutdown planning, preparation, execution and close-out activities
Coordinating labour, materials, equipment and contractor requirements
Reviewing work scopes and ensuring jobs are planned effectively
Liaising with operations, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams
Monitoring schedule progress and identifying potential delays or constraints
Maintaining accurate planning data, work orders and schedules in SAP
Supporting protected, efficient and well-coordinated maintenance execution

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Strong experience in maintenance planning and scheduling
Background in heavy industry, mining, processing, refining, manufacturing, oil & gas or similar environments
Previous shutdown coordination or shutdown planning experience




SAP maintenance planning experience, highly regarded
Previous experience within a tier one mining environment, highly regarded
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Trade qualification preferred, but not essential
4 month maintenance and shutdown role contract
Monday to Friday role
