Job Description
Plan, supervise, and execute field testing activities in accordance with approved procedures and project specifications.
Conduct and oversee field tests on construction materials, bitumen, asphalt, concrete, soil, aggregates, or other engineering materials as applicable.
Review test procedures to ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, EN, IS, or other relevant standards.
Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports with findings and recommendations.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, QA/QC teams, laboratories, and clients regarding testing schedules and results
Investigate test failures or non-conforming results and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated, maintained, and fit for use.
Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements
Robust knowledge of field testing methods and engineering standards (ASTM, AASHTO, EN, IS).
Experience with testing equipment, calibration, and quality assurance procedures.




Excellent analytical and technical report-writing skills.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering/reporting software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Requirements
· Supervise and execute soil investigation activities including borehole drilling, sampling, and in-situ testing (SPT, DCPT, PLT, etc.). · Plan and conduct Non-Destructive Tests (NDT) such as Rebound Hammer, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), Pile Integrity Test (PIT), etc. · Coordinate and monitor pile load tests (initial, routine, cyclic, and lateral load tests) as per project requirements and standards. · Ensure collection, labeling, and safe transportation of soil/rock samples to the laboratory. · Liaise with laboratory teams for timely testing and ensure accuracy of results. · Prepare and maintain field record
