Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing departmental documents. This is both creation and maintaining policy, process and instructional documentation. Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance records and assistance maintaining departmental tracking documents. Assist with managers and departmental projects, this includes maintaining meeting notes and goal trackers. Assist with running reports for departments on a weekly and monthly biases. Assistance in managing State Contracts. Ad hoc tasks to assist managers Audit support, assist with tasks related in internal and external audits Assist with case overflow as necessary Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized Good communication skills, including email and verbal communication Ability to work as part of a team to drive results Customer service and process oriented Positive understanding of business processes Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience, preferred Solid Microsoft Word,
