As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Strategic Sales Leader who can build long-term customer partnerships, drive business growth and lead commercial engagements with leading Automotive OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth with Automotive OEMs and EV customers.
Identify, engage and acquire recent Automotive OEM customers while expanding business with existing strategic accounts.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across OEM organizations including Business Heads, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Leadership teams.
Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospect identification, customer engagement, RFQ management and commercial negotiations through business award and production ramp-up.
Lead commercial discussions including pricing strategy,



business case preparation, profitability analysis and contract negotiations.
Drive revenue growth, order book expansion and and profitability through effective commercial strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer requirements and ensure successful program execution.
Represent the voice of the customer internally by driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Quality and Operations.
Identify emerging market prospects, competitive trends and customer needs to shape growth strategies.
Represent Maxwell at industry forums, customer events and technology conferences to strengthen brand presence and build strategic partnerships.

Must-Have Requirements:
12–15 years of experience in Strategic Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within Automotive Tier-1 companies.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering; MBA preferred.
