Job Description:
Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprint workshops with business stakeholders.
Gather business requirements and design SAP PS solutions aligned with business needs.
Configure and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA settings.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams.
Execute realization activities, including:
System configuration
Data cleansing and migration
Functional testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
User training
Cutover planning and execution
Go-live and post-production support
Support authorization design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.




Troubleshoot functional and process-related issues during implementation and support projects.
Develop and enhance global templates, reusable assets, and implementation accelerators.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior consultants.
Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and competency-building programs.
Create sales collaterals, solution presentations, and proposal support documents.
Execute study, concept, and process improvement projects.
Provide spot consulting and business advisory services to clients.
