Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of field sales personnel, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
Monitor and manage distributor networks, ensuring timely order fulfillment, stock availability, and compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines.
Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets to assess product placement, shelf availability, promotional execution, and competitive positioning.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, address underperformance, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns, new product launches, and inventory replenishment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory compliance across all operations.




Build and sustain solid relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and regional stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing field teams.
Strong knowledge of retail distribution networks, supply chain logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Delhi region and work adaptable schedule, including weekends, during peak sales periods.
