Job Description
Drive sales and business development for corporate gifting opportunities across India.
Develop and manage relationships with corporate gifting channel partners, distributors, and aggregators nationwide.
Build solid connections with Marketing Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Heads, Brand Managers, and Marketing Heads across pharma and non-pharma organizations.
Identify and acquire current corporate clients for employee wellness programs, customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and festive gifting requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, commercial discussions, order closures, and post-sales relationship management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction.
Develop annual business plans and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging prospects within the corporate gifting and healthcare product segments.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and business reviews for management.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
Prior experience selling medical devices, healthcare products, wellness products, or consumer healthcare electronics such as:
Blood Pressure Monitors
Thermometers
Smart BCA Scales
Health & Wellness Devices
