Role Description
This is not a traditional Product Manager role. The Technical Product Manager / Product Delivery Lead is a full time remote role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Quantara AI platform capabilities from concept through launch and iteration. While this role will contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, the immediate priority is execution, delivery discipline,



and hands-on technical contribution.
This role is expected to be approximately 50% product leadership and delivery management, and 50% hands-on technical execution. You will work directly with engineers to develop features where needed, review implementations, validate outcomes from the development team, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every release meets enterprise quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a quick-moving startup setting, takes ownership, removes blockers, drives accountability, and works effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones, including offshore engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end product delivery from concept through release and post-launch iteration.
Drive sprint planning, backlog management, daily standups, retrospectives, release planning, and Agile execution.
Serve as Product Owner and Scrum Master when needed.
