Tasks & Responsibilities + Build capability of CFT on Disease,Product,Commercial and soft skills to provide exceptional customer experience with Boehringer Ingelheim. + Improve In-Clinic Effectiveness, Crisp & Exact communication, Adaptability of CFT to engage customer effectively in different situation with an effective use of Hybrid CEM. + Develop robust Onboarding and sustainability program with an optimum use of Macro & Micro Learning content. Transform classic/effective field force to orchestrator role. + Strengthen coaching culture and required capability of FLM/SLM. + Drive Champions League (DATA Literacy, Coach N Learn,Digital Engagement) + Drive Competency assessment program in collaboration with HR and run customize competence building programs like Performance management, Crucial conversation, Team building, Transition to leadership etc. + Prepare training calendar in consultation with stakeholders. + Design, develop and deliver Training programs on time to improve competency of CFT. + Periodic assessment and measurement of training impact. Requirements + Education :



Bachelor in Pharmacy / Bachelor in Science Preferred MBA/Reputed training certification courses. + Relevant training experience of 3-4 years in similar role and overall 8-10 years in a health care or Pharmaceuticals Industry.
