Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute elevator installation projects from site readiness to final handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and manage project schedules, material planning, and manpower allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Resolve site level issues related to drawing mismatches, shaft readiness, or material shortages.
- Supervise subcontractors and technicians to meet installation targets and deadlines.
- Maintain documentation including project progress reports, inspection checklists, and handover records.
- Track project budgets and control cost overruns through efficient resource planning.
- Liaise with testing & commissioning teams and ensure statutory compliance for handover.

Requirements:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical

- 5+ years in elevator project management

- Solid leadership and coordination abilities

- Experience in home lift segment preferred
